Moving forward, increasing purchasing power, improving of literacy levels and government's efforts to shift people to cleaner fuel like LPG (from traditional fuel like wood and kerosene) augment well for growth of LPG consumption in India.

Composite LPG cylinders are glass fiber based solutions that help replace steel offering a smarter solution that is lighter in weight, safer and ergonomically benefitting.

TYPICAL MANUFACTURING PROCESS:

Typically manufactured using automated filament winding processes. These new cylinders are composed of a seamless anti-permeation thermoplastic liner which is fully wrapped with epoxy resin impregnated with high performance epoxy compatible glass fiber roving; this enables high tensile strength, light weighting and UV resistance to ensure optimum performance.
