LEED Case Study WITH XPS

06/11/2016

A green building is one which uses less water, optimizes energy efficiency, conserves natural resources, generates less waste and provides healthier spaces for occupants, as compared to a conventional building.

Here's a very interesting case study in the USA depicting the value realization of going green. This building was certified in the Silver category of LEED®-EB 2.0.

The building had been commissioned 10 years earlier when LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) was only a great idea in the process of being developed by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC).
